Herman van Dellen

Herman van Dellen is a seasoned Data Scientist with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as a Research Assistant at the UMC Utrecht Brain Center focusing on the Psychiatry Department. At Passionned Group, Herman leads data science and engineering projects while also training others in R and data mining. Previous roles include forecasting in the food supply chain, developing a Salesforce-integrated Python app for HandicapNL, and specializing in machine learning for personalized marketing at Goodbyehello. Herman has also engaged in database integration and R model support at Insights Global and implemented GDPR compliance for a data warehouse at JDE/Just-BI. With a robust background at IBM as a manager and IT specialist profession leader, Herman contributes to organizational development and talent programs. Additionally, Herman served on the Advisory Board for Business Information Technology at the University of Twente. Herman holds a Master of Science degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Groningen.
