Neal Baltuth

Neal Baltuth, PMP, currently serves as an Account Manager at UMD Automated Systems since November 2023. Previously, Baltuth held the position of Manufacturing Program Manager at Schneider Electric for a brief period in 2023. From December 2016 to August 2023, Baltuth excelled at Bridgestone Americas as a Lead Mechanical Engineer, focusing on process systems development, equipment specifications, and capital project lifecycle management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer III at Bridgestone Americas, Facilities Engineer at Arconic, and Mechanical Facilities Engineer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Baltuth holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee.
