Elsa de Balby has a diverse work experience in various marketing and event coordination roles. Elsa began in 2012 as an Assistant Chef de Produit Marketing Film at Happiness Distribution and later worked as an Assistant Marketing Ventes Internationales at Wild Bunch in 2016. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Coordinatrice des Événements at Chambre de Commerce Française au Canada - Section Montréal, organizing numerous events for the Franco-Québécois business community. Elsa then worked as a Chargée de Mission Audiovisuelle at Service Culturel de l'Ambassade de France en Corée from 2016 to 2018. After that, they joined Rouge Distribution as a Marketing et Partenariats from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Marketing at Umedia from July 2019 onwards, where they managed marketing strategies, media campaigns, partnerships, and brand marketing for three brands within the group. Elsa also implemented a rebranding campaign for UFX Studios and coordinated Umedia's international presence. In 2021, they joined Ose Production as a Productrice.

Elsa de Balby started their education journey in 2009 at Notre Dame du Grandchamp, where they pursued a Classe préparatoire HEC program until 2011. Following this, they attended ESSEC Business School from 2011 to 2016 and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management. In 2013, Elsa briefly studied at Aalto University, focusing on Business Management. In 2015, they also had a brief stint at Luiss Guido Carli University, where they studied Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Elsa obtained certifications in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in August 2023 and in Hubspot CMS for Marketers in February 2021.
