Thembela Madikizela

Thembela Madikizela serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Umgalelo.Africa since February 2019, providing strategic guidance to the Executive Committee on governance, financial planning, and economic regulatory strategies, contributing to a membership surpassing 100,000 and fostering entrepreneurial skills through the Umgalelo Academy. Previously, Thembela Madikizela held the position of President at Thembela Madikizela Foundation from November 2022 to February 2023, focusing on education and enterprise development as a partner for social change. Additionally, from March 2017 to February 2022, Thembela Madikizela acted as Chief Executive Officer of Umgalelo Products Pty Ltd, overseeing its product distribution network.
