Denise Dyer

Denise Dyer is the Associate Vice President of Customer Relationship Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, overseeing initiatives at one of the largest online public universities in the United States. With a rich background in higher education and consulting, Denise has held significant roles at AccelerEd, Synaptic Advisors as Practice Lead for Education & Nonprofit, and Huron as Consulting Director. Previous experience includes positions as a Solution Architect at Salesforce and Senior Business Analyst at Ellucian, demonstrating expertise in technology solutions for educational institutions. Denise began a career at GeoEye as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, focusing on GIS products. Educated at the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Master’s in Information Assurance and the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, Denise combines technical knowledge with a strong commitment to enhancing educational accessibility.
