Alvaro Hoyos

Alvaro Hoyos is an IT Support Analyst at UMH Properties, Inc. since June 2023, responsible for implementing a new ticketing system and managing day-to-day technical support. Previously, Alvaro worked at Hackensack Meridian Health from November 2020 to June 2023, where a leadership role included managing asset inventory and overseeing a team of seven during the transition to Google ChromeOS. Earlier experience includes positions as a Sales Consultant at AT&T and Store Manager at Diamond Wireless, where a strong focus on customer service and team management was established. Alvaro holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Security Studies/National Security from New Jersey City University and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Brookdale Community College, alongside ongoing education at Bar PC Training.
