The Sales and Marketing team at UMH Properties is responsible for driving home sales and promoting UMH communities. This team develops and executes marketing strategies, manages public relations, and optimizes sales processes to attract potential homeowners and ensure excellent customer engagement. They collaborate to enhance brand visibility, handle customer inquiries, and support community sales initiatives across over 106 communities in the Northeast.
