Swann Duval

Swann Duval is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager and Human Resources Officer at UMI since November 2021. Prior to this role, Swann worked at Dynergie as a Recruitment and HR Development Officer and at ACD Consulting as a Psychological Consultant, where responsibilities included HR support, skill assessments, and recruitment processes. Swann also gained experience as an HR Assistant at Pas-de-Calais Habitat and held a leadership position as Vice President of the Sports Bureau at the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens, overseeing budget management and event organization. Swann holds a BTS in Communication from Lycée Saint Rémi and graduated from the Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens.
