Allen Reynolds

Allen Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Allen began their career as a Drama Specialist at the Kingdom Performing Arts Academy, where they wrote and directed drama productions and taught drama and biblical life skills to children. Allen then worked as a Creative Marketing Intern at the Travel Channel, followed by an internship at the University Church. Allen also served as a Chaplain Intern at UI Health, providing pastoral care to hospital patients and their families. Allen later worked as a Youth Ministry Intern at Green's Farms Church, Assistant Speech Coach at Homewood-Flossmoor High School, and Intern at the Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport.

Allen's career also includes roles at Yale Divinity School, where they worked as an A/V Assistant/Videographer and provided general A/V support for the Institute of Sacred Music. Allen then joined Valley Kingdom Ministry Intl as the Lead Servant for the Remnant Millennial Ministry, where they provided overall leadership to the team in carrying out the ministry's vision of engaging millennials in Christian education and devotion.

Most recently, Allen has been working at Urban Ministries, Inc. (UMI) in various roles, including Content Director, Editor/Multimedia Content Producer, Brand Manager, Innovation Analyst, and Editor of Adult Curriculum & Denominational Content. In these positions, they have been responsible for managing content creation, editing, brand management, and driving innovation within the organization.

Allen Reynolds has an extensive education history. Allen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, they attained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Divinity/Ministry from Yale University between 2012 and 2015. Moreover, Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Howard University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Allen has also pursued a certification in Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization from LinkedIn, which they obtained in June 2020.
