Kathy Zanelli RN BC-AMB, LSSGB is an experienced nursing leader currently serving as AVP of Nursing Ambulatory Services at the University of Miami Health System since April 2023. Previously, Kathy held the position of Executive Director of Nursing at The Lennar Foundation Medical Center from April 2010 to April 2023, where responsibilities included providing high-level nursing leadership and strategic direction. Kathy's background also includes talent acquisition as a Senior Registered Nurse for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Director of Telemetry and Cardiac Services at HCA Healthcare from March 2006 to December 2009. Additionally, Kathy gained international experience as a registered nurse for the United Nations in 2001 and worked in various roles at St. Francis Health from 1997 to 2001. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University between 1993 and 1996.
