Aaron Morris

Assistant Professor

Aaron Morris is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan since December 2017, following a notable role as an NIH K99 and MLS Postdoctoral Fellow under Dr. Lonnie Shea. Prior to this position, Aaron completed a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Yale University, where studies took place from 2012 to 2017, with a Master of Philosophy and a Master of Science achieved during the same period. Earlier professional experience includes roles as a Lab Technician at Georgia Institute of Technology and as a BESIP Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, as well as other research positions at the University of Delaware. Aaron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
