Amy Porter

Amy Porter is a distinguished Professor of Flute at the University of Michigan since September 1999, bringing extensive expertise to the academic sphere. Prior to this role, Amy served as the Associate Principal Flute for The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra from 1991 to 1999. Academic qualifications include both a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Music from The Juilliard School, attended from 1982 to 1987, and earlier education at The Tatnall School, completed in 1982.
