Bill Greer

Bill Greer is an accomplished professional in research compliance and biosafety, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Research at the University of Michigan since May 2016, overseeing various compliance programs. Bill Greer is the founding Organization Director of the Biosafety Administrators Association Inc. since March 2018 and has been the President and Chair of the Board of Directors for the IACUC Administrators Association Inc. since January 2010, both organizations focused on enhancing communication and resource sharing among professionals in their fields. Bill Greer has extensive experience as a consultant since February 2002, specializing in research compliance, regulatory audits, and policy development. Previously, Bill Greer served as the Associate Director of Research Compliance at Penn State University and held managerial roles in vaccine research and development at Intervet Inc. Bill Greer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Penn State University.
