Chandan Kumar-Sinha

Chandan Kumar-Sinha, PhD, currently serves as an Associate Research Scientist and Research Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan (UMICH) since August 2007, specializing in cancer genomics. Prior to this role, Chandan Kumar-Sinha was a Senior Research Scientist at the Institute of Bioinformatics in Bangalore from 2007 to 2008, contributing to the not-for-profit Bioinformatics Research Institute. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Professor at ACTREC from 2004 to 2007. Academic credentials include a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) obtained between 1992 and 1999 and an MS in Biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University, completed from 1990 to 1992.
