Hillary Luan

Hillary Luan is an accomplished academic and software developer with extensive experience in teaching and software engineering. Currently serving as the Head Graduate Student Instructor for COGSCI 200 at the University of Michigan, Hillary manages administrative tasks and leads discussion sections while enhancing students' understanding of diverse topics in cognitive science. As a tutor in the Cognitive Science Computational Track, Hillary provides guidance in computer science courses. Previous roles include instructional aide for Discrete Mathematics and software engineering internships at Tesla, Amazon, and Ford Motor Company, where Hillary developed and improved web applications. Hillary is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Michigan, building on a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from the same institution.
