Jim Adox

Jim Adox is an experienced executive in the venture capital and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Executive Managing Director at Venture Investors since January 2007, with board roles at HistoSonics and SkySpecs. Adox has been the Chairman of the Board at HistoSonics, Inc. since January 2010, and holds advisory positions at the University of Michigan College of Engineering and the National Advisory Board of the University of Michigan. Previously, Adox was a Board Member and past Chairman of the Michigan Venture Capital Association and a General Partner at RidgeLine Ventures, as well as a Partner at EDF Ventures, where significant investments in healthcare and information technology were made. Adox holds multiple degrees from the University of Michigan, including an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and MSE and BSME degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
