Karl Seibert

Karl Seibert currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Ilitch Companies, a position held since August 2024. Simultaneously, Seibert has been Vice President of the Michigan Rugby Foundation since June 2018 and a member of the Student Advisory Committee for the University of Michigan Rugby Football Club since December 2013, where efforts included establishing an endowment for program sustainability. Previously, Seibert held various roles at McKinsey & Company from June 2016 to August 2024, culminating as an Associate Partner, and served as Systems and Processes Transformation Architect at Edwards Brothers Malloy from January 2013 to April 2016, overseeing significant operational improvements. Early experience includes leadership roles at WCBN FM, a radio station at the University of Michigan, and management at Meadow Foods. Seibert holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in History and Education from the University of Michigan.
