Leigh Anne Cutcher

Leigh Anne Cutcher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for both the Institute for Social Research and the Law School at the University of Michigan since April 2013, Cutcher oversees employee performance, disciplinary matters, and management training. Previous experience includes positions at Verizon Wireless, where collaboration with management across multiple states focused on HR strategies and training, and roles in compensation management at AirTouch Cellular and CellularOne. Cutcher holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa and a certificate from Roosevelt University.
