Milena Stepanova

Milena Stepanova is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in research, user experience, and consulting. Currently serving as a Startup Consultant at Michigan Ross Business+Tech and contributing to various ventures including Roots and SoarAway, Milena also engages in undergraduate thesis research in the Computational & Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at the University of Michigan. Additional roles include User Experience Teaching Assistant at the School of Information and Developmental Health Research Assistant at the School of Public Health. Milena has held leadership positions at Michigan Open UX and is involved in creative initiatives as a Creator at Shift | creator space.
