Wendy Shepherd

Wendy Shepherd is a seasoned professional speaker and activator with extensive experience in work-life balance, stress management, and early childhood education. Since June 1990, Wendy has been affiliated with ALFAB Services, where training programs have been created and delivered for various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Mittens for Detroit, Wendy leads efforts to provide essential winter wear to underserved communities. Additionally, Wendy has been a professional trainer at the University of Michigan since 1995, enhancing staff performance through various workshops. Other notable roles include partner at Catalyst for Action Consultants, trainer at Ceridian, and outreach manager for Reach Out and Read Michigan. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Michigan and continues to contribute to community and organizational development through diverse training and advocacy roles.
