Anja Serneels

Anja Serneels is an experienced professional in corporate controlling and research and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Controlling at Umicore since April 2001. Serneels has held various roles at Umicore, including Business Line Controller, Head of Analytical Competence Centre Olen, and Project Leader in R&D. Prior to joining Umicore, Serneels worked in R&D, Engineering, and Quality at AMT / Memry Europe from January 1996 to February 2001, and was a researcher at KU Leuven from September 1993 to December 1995. Serneels holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven (2015-2016) and a degree from KU Leuven completed in 1993.
