Florence Panneels

Florence Panneels is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and corporate functions. Currently serving as HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions at Umicore since March 2008, Florence supports business leaders with people strategy and challenges. Previous roles include HR Site Manager at Umicore, where responsibilities included managing local HR, internal communication, and general services, as well as International Assignments Manager for Belgium and Northern Europe at Medtronic, following its acquisition of Kyphon. Florence also worked as a Senior Consultant in International Assignment Services at Deloitte. Academic qualifications include a degree from Ichec Brussels Management School and studies at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Sacré-Coeur de Lindthout.
