Gijs Celis

Gijs Celis is an experienced professional in Total Rewards, currently serving as Head of CoE Global Total Rewards at Umicore since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading the design and management of global compensation and benefits programs. Previously, Gijs held the position of Global Total Rewards Lead at Barry Callebaut Group from June 2021 to May 2025, focusing on reward strategy implementation across regions.
