Hiroki Oda

Hiroki Oda is an experienced leader in the field of rechargeable battery materials, currently serving as Vice President of Sourcing & Supply at Umicore since December 2019. Prior roles include Director of Value Chain Development at Umicore and Vice President of Global Sales Marketing at Freeport Cobalt, where Oda also held the position of Global Business Manager for Battery Materials. Additionally, Oda served as Representative Director and Executive Vice President at Freeport Cobalt Japan. Earlier in the career, Oda was Global Business Manager for Battery Materials at OM Group from April 2005 to March 2013. Hiroki Oda holds a Bachelor's degree in Education (Social Sciences) from Waseda University, completed between 1991 and 1994.
