Isabel van Ingelghem

Isabel Van Ingelghem has extensive experience in employee engagement and wellbeing, currently serving as Manager of Employee Engagement and Wellbeing at Umicore since June 2019. Additionally, Isabel holds the title of HR Coach in the same organization. Previously, Isabel operated as a Coach for Isabel Van Ingelghem from February 2020 to October 2022, and served as Algemeen Directeur at Primavera vzw from February 2001 to May 2019. Isabel holds a Master's degree in Pedagogical Sciences from Ghent University, obtained from 1995 to 2000, and has furthered professional development through training at Better Minds at Work in 2019 to 2020.
