Paweł Leszczak

Paweł Leszczak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, manufacturing processes, and data integration. Currently serving as the Global Operational Excellence Manager at Umicore since June 2023, Paweł is focused on enhancing organizational maturity through the establishment of global processes and training initiatives. Prior to this role, Paweł spent 17 years at 3M in various positions, including Manufacturing Data Integration Lead and EMEA Lean Six Sigma Coach, where significant contributions were made to energy savings, project management, and leadership development. Earlier experience includes roles in quality management at EIKA and design supervision at Sowar Sp. z o.o. Paweł holds an MSc in Electronics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
