Medha Prakash is a dedicated social worker with a focus on developmental disabilities and inclusivity. Currently serving as a Junior Social Worker at Ummeed Child Development Center, Medha works directly with families to provide information on rights, advocate in schools, and assist with the UDID card process. Previous roles include contributions as a Student Social Worker at Parkinson's Disease & Movement Disorder Society, specializing in fundraising and sensitization sessions, and at Pratham Education Foundation, conducting case studies for children with developmental disabilities. Medha's experience encompasses collaboration with various NGOs, conducting access audits, and developing inclusive educational initiatives. Medha holds a Master of Social Work in Disability Studies and Action from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
