Nausheen Merchant has extensive experience in the field of human development, currently serving as a fellow in the Ummeed Inclusion Fellowship Program at Ummeed Child Development Center since April 2023. Previously, Nausheen worked as a life skill counsellor at Young Volunteer's Organisation from April to May 2022 and served as an assistant counselor at the Institute for Exceptional Children from November 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, Nausheen has experience as a content writer at Planet NEXTgen Technologies from December 2020 to July 2021. Educationally, Nausheen holds a Master’s degree in Human Development from the College of Home Science Nirmala Niketan, completed in July 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies (Honors) from SNDT Women's University, earned in 2020.
