Osama Badawi

Osama Badawi possesses extensive experience in IT management and technical support, currently serving as the Head of the IT Department at International Pioneers Academy since April 2016. In this role, Osama leads the maintenance of IT infrastructure and develops policies related to internet usage and network security. Additionally, Osama works as a CC Technical Support Officer at Umniah, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues across multiple network technologies. Previous experience includes managing inventory and supply chain processes at Dawacom Group and serving as a network engineer at Texum Jordan MSP, where leadership and training in outdoor pursuits were also part of the role. Osama holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks System from Applied Science Private University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
