Sara Cooper

Sara Cooper is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in clinical development and discovery, currently employed at Umoja Biopharma since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sara held various positions at Juno Therapeutics, Inc. from October 2016 to September 2021, contributing to product sciences as both an associate scientist and senior research associate. Earlier work includes research technician duties at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, where significant contributions were made in evaluating vaccine trials and optimizing T cell therapies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Medical Sciences with a concentration in Molecular Medicine from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
