Brian Collins

Brian is responsible for the development, improvement, and day-to-day operations of uMotif’s Quality Management System. Brian is our Data Protection Officer and holds an Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Brian has 35 years’ experience working in life sciences. Prior to uMotif he spent 7 years at GE Healthcare providing cross-functional project leadership for operational areas of the business including program implementations at customer sites and internal simplification projects to improve compliance and agility of the QMS. Brian spent the previous 13 years at Wyeth holding senior management positions leading a variety of quality and validation roles at their European head office and UK manufacturing site.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy in Pharmacy from the University of Bath and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Pharmaceutical Studies from the University of Brighton.

Brian is an avid beekeeper and harvests 10 to 15kg of honey in a good year!
