Tâmara Matos has worked for two companies, uMov.me and Serede. At uMov.me, they have been a Lead Development Representative and an SDR since 2018. As an SDR, they are responsible for the first contact with potential clients, mapping out opportunities for the sales team and showcasing the value of the platform. At Serede, they have been a CRM Controller since 2015.

Tâmara Matos has a formal education in the field of Nursing, having attended Escola Profissional Unipacs from 2019 to 2021. In addition, they have obtained four certifications, including Kanban Prospect from Growth Machine in July 2020, Outbound Hacker from Growth Machine in July 2020, Outbound Marketing & Sales from Reev in July 2020, and Sales Engagement from Reev in July 2020.
