Colin Niedermeyer

Colin Niedermeyer has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Colin started their career at HSBC as an Analyst Trainee in 2008. Colin then joined Wells Fargo and worked as a Financial Analyst in the Credit Resolution Group, supporting relationship managers and loan team managers. Colin also participated in the bank's advanced credit training program and served as an Assistant Vice President in the Relationship Manager role. In 2015, they worked at Meridian Property Company as an Acquisition Associate. Currently, Colin is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Division at Umpqua Bank, where they provide custom structured loans to developers and family office clients in the SF Bay Area.

Colin Niedermeyer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2010. Colin then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Saint Mary's College of California. Currently, Colin is a student at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, working towards their Pacific Coast Banking School degree, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
