Jeff Singer

Jeff Singer is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager at Umpqua Bank since March 2023, Jeff oversees a team of approximately 50 colleagues across multiple regions in Oregon, focusing on commercial and industrial lending as well as deposit and treasury management services. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Columbia Bank, where responsibilities involved managing a team of 35 in the Cascades-Valley Region, and a comprehensive tenure at Umpqua Bank from 2005 to 2019, including various leadership positions with significant credit and deposit management, covering a vast geographic area from Salem to Northern California. Jeff’s career began at First Interstate Bank as an Operations Officer, and education includes a degree from the University of Oregon and attendance at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
