Jeff Troxel

Jeff Troxel's work experience spans over multiple industries and roles. Jeff currently serves as the Director of Marketing Technology at Umpqua Bank. Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing Automation Manager at Columbia Bank from 2017 to 2023. Before that, they were involved in Information Services Support at Banner Bank from 2015 to 2017. Jeff also held the position of Marketing Research & CRM Systems Manager at AmericanWest Bank from 2005 to 2015. In addition, Jeff served as the Project Services Manager at Saudi Aramco from 2010 to 2012. Jeff has also worked as an Instructor of Business Research & Statistics at Eastern Washington University, Spokane Community College, and the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they were a Public Health Research Analyst at Spokane Regional Health District from 2002 to 2005. Jeff also gained experience as an Operations Analyst at Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities Co., Inc from 1996 to 2002. Lastly, they started their career in the United States Air Force as a Workforce Management Analyst from 1983 to 1991.

Jeff Troxel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Eastern Washington University in 1994. Later, they obtained their MBA from the same university in 1999.
