Lee Mills, SHRM-CP, RBLP-T, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at UMV, overseeing daily HR activities across five branches and directing community outreach, recruiting, and personnel policy management. Previously, Lee was an Executive Fellow at Chugach Government Solutions, LLC, focusing on profitability and community heritage while improving HR functions. With nearly 30 years of experience in the United States Air Force, Lee held various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Advisor, providing strategic human resource support across multiple agencies and managing personnel programs. Lee holds a BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University and two associate degrees in Human Resource Management and Military Technologies from the Community College of the Air Force.
