Nik Fatahiyah is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at HRD Corp since July 2024. With a long-standing tenure at UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd since August 2008, Nik has advanced from roles including Executive, Talent Services, and Executive, Talent Management, to Assistant Manager in Performance & Reward, where key responsibilities involve managing the Performance Management cycle, preparing timelines for activities, and executing performance planning.
