Caroline Zickgraf serves as the Deputy Director at The Hugo Observatory since October 2016 and holds multiple key positions, including being a member of the UNFCCC WIM Ex-Com Non-Economic Losses Expert Group and the Scientific Coordinator for the HABITABLE Project at the University of Liège.
