UN Climate Change
Dr. Stephen Minas is a distinguished academic currently serving as a Professor and Associate Professor of Law at Peking University School of Transnational Law since August 2017. Additionally, Dr. Minas is affiliated with King's College London as faculty in Climate Law and Governance and as a Senior Research Fellow at the Transnational Law Institute. Active in international law, Dr. Minas holds positions as a member of the World Commission on Environmental Law at IUCN and as a member and chair of the Technology Executive Committee at UN Climate Change. Dr. Minas has also conducted research as a Visiting Researcher at Ajou University and participated in the Transnational Law Summer Institute at The Dickson Poon School of Law. Dr. Minas earned a PhD in Law from King's College London and has an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, alongside degrees from Fudan University and the University of Melbourne in Law and History.
