Gyungae Ha has extensive experience in environmental management and project coordination, currently serving as a Programme Officer in the Regulatory Implementation Unit at UNFCCC since May 2007. Responsibilities include managing technical and procedural reviews of over 1,000 greenhouse gas mitigation projects from developing countries and conducting accreditation assessments of designated operational entities. Prior to UNFCCC, Gyungae Ha worked as a Project Coordinator at the Korea Energy Management Corporation, focusing on international technology transfer projects and promoting Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) initiatives. Gyungae Ha holds a Master's degree and a Graduate Diploma in Environment Management and Development from The Australian National University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Health and Occupational Health & Safety Engineering from Inje University.
