Mahir Türkcan

Mahir Türkcan is a skilled Computer Information Systems Assistant at the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) since April 2017, responsible for administering Microsoft Office 365 systems, managing SharePoint Intranet, and coordinating online and hybrid meetings. Previously, Mahir held the role of Technical Assistant Manager at the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye, overseeing technical operations and support, as well as serving as an Information Technology Teacher, educating students in various IT subjects. Additional experience includes IT support at UNCCD for database management, content development for training sessions at multiple organizations, and a background in front desk operations. Mahir holds degrees in Computer Teacher Education from Marmara University and Computer Engineering from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.
