Adriana Zacarias Farah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable consumption and production (SCP), currently serving as the Senior Programme Manager and Head of GO4SDGs at the UN Environment Programme since March 2003. Adriana has held various key roles within the organization, including Global Coordinator of the Marrakech Process and Regional Coordinator for Resource Efficiency, focusing on global actions for sustainable development. Prior to this, Adriana worked as a Program Officer at the OECD and served as an Environmental Consultant for the Mexican Congress and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources. Adriana holds dual Master of Philosophy degrees in Environment and Development from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
