Selma Osmanagic Klico

Selma Osmanagic Klico is an experienced professional in public procurement and legal consultancy with a strong background in environmental law. Currently serving as an Expert Advisor for Public Procurement at Porezna uprava FBiH since February 2023, Selma is involved in comprehensive tender processes, including preparation, evaluation, and contract monitoring. Additionally, Selma has been a member of the Compliance Committee for the Barcelona Convention and its Protocols at the UN Environment Programme since February 2018. Previously, Selma worked as a Legal Expert for Water and Environment at the Center for Environmentally Sustainable Development Sarajevo, as well as at the Hydro-Engineering Institute Sarajevo, where responsibilities included legal and institutional expertise and procurement specialization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo, and a distinguished statement of accomplishment in Environmental Law and Policy from the University of North Carolina.
