Deepak Dwivedi serves as the Chairman Editor-in-Chief at Blitz India since December 2021 and has been the Chairman of Nagrik Foundation since October 1998. Additionally, Deepak is a member of the Governing Council of the UN Global Compact Network - India since December 2019 and part of the Task Force for CII INDIA@75 since March 2019. Previously, Deepak held the role of Chairman of the Board and Chief Editor at Dainik Bhaskar Group from September 2014 to August 2021, and served as an advisor at the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission from January 2010 to January 2017, as well as at IGNOU from June 2011 to June 2015. Deepak Dwivedi holds an educational background from the University of Lucknow.

UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI), the Indian Local Network of the United Nations Global Compact ( UNGC), New York is the first Local Network globally to be established with full legal recognition. Our ‘10 Principles in areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-corruption’ provide a common ethical and practical Framework for Corporate Responsibility - and the 17 ‘Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)’ adopted in September 2015, by all 195 Member States of the United Nations including India in order to end extreme poverty, fight inequality and injustice, and protect our planet- understood and interpreted by businesses around the world , regardless of size , complexity or location.
