Pragya Pradhan currently serves as Habitat Programme Manager at UN-Habitat (United Nations Human Settlements Programme) since July 2021, following a tenure as Senior Project Officer at UNDP from April 2016 to July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Architect Planner Consultant with German Development Cooperation (giz), Urban Planner - Consultant with the Ministry of Urban Development, Research Consultant at Lumanti Support Group for Shelter, Researcher at the Institute for Nepal Environment and Health System Development (INEHD), and Consultant at The World Bank. Pragya also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Hawaii. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Diploma in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, along with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Tribhuvan University, IOE, Pulchowk Campus.
