Muhammad Khalil

Muhammad Khalil is an experienced professional in planning, monitoring, and evaluation, currently serving as a Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) Analyst at UN Women since November 2018, where leadership in M&E and the Results-Based Management (RBM) approach on gender has been a primary focus. With a background in gender-based violence (GBV) training, program management, and research, Muhammad has held various positions across multiple organizations, including the United Nations Volunteers and the Innovative Development Organization, demonstrating expertise in policy development, technical support, and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the National University of Modern Languages and a Master's in Economics from the University of Balochistan.
