Paloma Escudero

Paloma Escudero is an experienced professional currently leading the Global Communication and Advocacy team at UN Women since January 2024. Prior to this role, Paloma served as the First Global Special Adviser on Climate Action for Children and Director of the Division for Global Communication and Advocacy at UNICEF from March 2013 to January 2024. Additionally, Paloma was the Executive Director of UNICEF Spain from December 2007 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from ICADE and Universidad Pontificia Comillas, with a focus on Economics and Business Administration.
