Rob Opsomer

Rob Opsomer serves as the Executive Lead for Plastics & Finance at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, where involvement includes leadership of the Foundation's initiatives in these areas since January 2015. In addition to this role, Rob is a Fellow at Belgium's 40 under 40 and a member of the Sustainability Impact Committee for the Una Terra Venture Capital Fund. Prior experience includes serving as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, providing strategic advice to management in both the private and public sectors, with a focus on finance, sustainability, and resource productivity. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s in Engineering from Ghent University.
