Rupen Desai

Rupen Desai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and leadership, currently serving as Co-Founder at The Shed since March 2019. In addition to this role, Rupen holds positions as CMO and Venture Partner at Una Terra Venture Capital Fund, and as a member of the executive board and VP for Asia-Pacific at the World Federation of Advertisers since March 2022. Other advisory roles include positions at Sustainable Brands and Copenhagen Cartel. Previous roles encompass Global CMO at Dole Sunshine Company and Executive Vice Chairman for Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Edelman. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Sydenham Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Birla VM Institute of Technology. Rupen is also a participant in the IRG100 Leadership Program from the Institute for Real Growth.
