Larry Carpenter

Larry Carpenter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy and corporate sectors. Currently seeking new opportunities, Carpenter previously served as President of J-W Midstream at J-W Energy from 2007 to 2013, where the exploration program targeting the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania was initiated. Prior to this, Carpenter held the role of Director at South Coast Oil Corp. from 2000 to 2005, focusing on a corporate turnaround and serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee. At TGX Corporation, from 1992 to 1997, Carpenter was involved in a bankruptcy turnaround, successfully leading the reorganization plan and capital investment program. Carpenter's career began at Delhi Gas Pipeline, where service as President & Director spanned from 1977 to 1990. Larry Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1965 and 1970.
